3. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are based on information available at the time and may change after a site visit or if the scope changes.
- Availability is subject to schedule. We will confirm dates in writing.
- Materials and methods are selected to meet the agreed specification and site conditions.
4. Pricing and payment
- Invoices are issued as agreed in your quote or contract. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
- Late payment may pause work until the account is settled.
- Additional work requested after the quote will be priced separately and approved by you before we proceed.
5. Cancellations and access
- Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or move a booking.
- You agree to provide safe access, power and a clear working area unless otherwise agreed.
6. Guarantees and aftercare
Where applicable, we pass on manufacturer warranties and provide aftercare guidance. Guarantees do not cover misuse, accidental damage or issues caused by third parties or pre-existing structural problems.
7. Liability
We are responsible for reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, or delays beyond our control such as extreme weather or supply issues. Nothing limits your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, branding and imagery are owned by us or our licensors. You must not copy or reuse content without permission.
9. Personal data
Your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. By contacting us, you consent to us using your details to manage your enquiry and provide services.
